We are looking for Senior Residential Support Workers & Residential Support Workers to join our growing, highly valued team.
​
Our teams are “professional parents’ who are nurturing and supportive, giving our children high levels of care and allowing them to achieve amazing outcomes. Our homes are always small and provide individual therapeutic care to children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties and present complex trauma responses.
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated senior support worker to join our children's home in Kingstanding, which is easily accessible from Wolverhampton, Walsall, Staffordshire and surrounding locations).

Forte Care believes that communication is key to all aspects of our lives and work practice. We support our staff teams to communicate effectively by regular supervisions, team meetings, clinical supervisions, training and wellbeing days for staff.
Camaraderie
Our staff teams enjoy where they work and as a result they pride their work and the relationships they establish within their staff teams and in the their work with children and young people. Our wellbeing strategy and wellbeing days offer staff a chance to recalibrate and enjoy positive time outside of the workplace in relaxed settings, as well as an opportunity to develop skills which enhance their emotional and physical wellbeing.
