Forte Care Services
ForteCare provide outstanding, expertise in specialist residential care for children and young people. Our residential care homes are suitably located within the West Midlands. We offer one to one care in sole occupancy homes, as well as small group homes for children and young people.

Our vision is to build strong foundations for the children and young people in our care. Every day we improve the lives of young people, their families and communities, through a relentless focus on caring and support.

Forte Care strive to offer homes which are positive and nurturing. We have a strong culture of safeguarding, where children and young people are listened to, respected and involved in decision making wherever possible. Our staff support children and young people to develop resilience by assisting them to make healthy choices, contribute positively to the world around them and enjoy as full a life as possible.

Our residential teams work closely with our therapeutic services to provide a range of child focused interventions, which include art therapy, one to one intervention for harmful sexual behaviours, sexual abuse and the multiple services required by children with complex needs. By sharing experience, expertise and best practice we ensure tailored care packages which are consistently outstanding.

We deliver high quality, child-focused residential care placements for young people from the age of eight upwards within homes in the West Midlands. We offer residential care and after care support for children and young people moving on to independent living. Every young person takes a different journey, so we are there if they need us.

Children and young people placed with Forte Care are supported to positively transition either back home or toward independent living. As such, after care is a vital continuation of the support we provide to young people and children through our homes. We consider the transition very carefully for each individual child.

We partner with a range of authorities, agencies and organisations to wrap care around the needs of our children and help them move toward a brighter future.
